prompt service, friendly staff

Laura and Eric were amazing to work with. They definitely make a great team and keep the establishment running efficiently. They were professional, knowledgeable, and quick—no hassle, no pressure. Everything was ready, and I was out the door in what felt like an hour. I had never purchased from Team One before, but I will definitely consider them again for my next purchase. I came from WV, and it was absolutely worth the drive!

had my 2025 colorado zr2 with 14000 miles on it towed in on monday Jan 19 because my tuck was in limp mode would barely move, called up on thurs 22 and they had not look at it yet, asked if GM offered a loner on something still under warranty and he said yes but not until he looked at it , then I called on tuesday the 27 and they had not looked at it yet but it was in the shop in line to be looked at , call on thursday 29 and he said it need two coils so again I ask about a loner he said they didn't have one I asked about enterprise in Oakland he said the don't have any GM vehicles to lone out that GM won't use anything other a GM vehicle for a loner. called friday 30 he said the coils came in thursday but they have not put them in yet maybe he would get to it saturday , asked about a loner he said he would call back and didn't . They called monday afternoon Feb 2 and said my truck was ready. picked it up a couple hours later . Had to take back tuesday Feb 3 truck back in limp mode same two coils. called thursday morning feb 5 ask about truck said they couldn't find anything so they pulled my truck out of the shop and put another vehicle in, they would pull it back in later and hopefully find something but they had a loner if i wanted one and sense they pulled my truck out and put another in told me my truck was not a priority so I took the loner . they called friday feb 6 and said it was fixed. they found a wire that laid up against the waistgate and rub a hole in it. I will say they were very polite but I was a little disappointed in how long it took to get it fixed . If I was still working and needed a vehicle for work, I would have been in trouble which they did not know or ask, my truck was down for almost 18 days Now I don't know how Team One prioritizes their work and what was ahead of me
